Uses of Voki Avatars in Speech Pathology

• good for childen and adults, it grabs their attention because it's different and interesting
• introduce a course the Speech Pathology students are doing at university helping create interest in course from the start
• create a speech activity for patients, the Voki can speak a phase and the patient has to repeat the phase on a recording, patient and specialist then listen to recording, detect any errors and repeat the activity
